Conditions

  1. Experiences start at 09:00hrs unless otherwise confirmed at the time of booking. Participants must wear appropriate clothing and closed footwear.
  2. Birthday Parties start at 10:00hrs or 13:00hrs and will be confirmed at time of booking.
  3. Mobile Farm bookings are for venues located within 30 mins of the main site. Bookings will not be made for locations outside these areas due to the welfare of our animals being transported.
  4. We reserve the right to terminate the booking and vacate the premises if we feel that the animals welfare is being compromised or the staff are at risk. No refunds will be applied.
