Your frequently asked questions

We want the farm to be inclusive to everyone and have worked hard to ensure the paths are accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. There is a gravel pathway on arrival and some of the routes around the animals have loose shingle/road planings to create a firmer path around the farm. The clay bed unfortunately holds a lot of water, so when it has been raining for a number of days it will be muddy and more difficult for pushchairs and wheelchairs to access some of the animals.
We do not want to concrete the routes of the farm, as once the spring arrives the grass pathways dry out and it is lovely for the remainder of the year.
If you are unsure, we can discuss access with you prior to your arrival.

Yes there are tables for picnics outside the marquee, please ensure you take your rubbish home with you and dispose of it in your own recycling. We have to pay for our waste to be collected and additional rubbish costs us more.
We have light refreshments available in our plant-based tea room – The Veg Box.
For your own safety, please ensure that you only eat in the designated area.
